Rent is $145 weekly (payable 2 weeks in advance), plus half share of power, phone and gas as they arise. Food and household expenses separate or can negotiate.To cover any breakages or damage to the property there will 2 weeks rent as bond which will be covered by a written contract signed by you and I, duly registered with the Tenancy Tribunal, refundable on departure if all is in order and in agreement with us both.Personal criteria
I am looking for a person or couple who is quiet, clean, tidy, totally independent and your privacy will be respected as I expect mine to be kept private also.You must be house proud and prepared to do jobshare of all houehold duties both indoors and out.There will be an Applicatkion for Tenant/s to complete as indication of your interest and, if we both agree, then an Application of Acceptance to said conditions.
I would like verbal character/landlord and employment references (one of each would be good if possible), with support of written backup before acceptance.A Police Check will be requested to keep us all safe from harm. Please do not be phased by the Police Check. It is a simple process with signed documents by us both to say it will be kept confidential between both parties.A Credit check also with your permission, so I can be assured of meeting payments on timeAnd apologies to pet lovers - too much hassle with cleaning up of previous flatties for me to deal with anymore.
